Quickie #Review: The Book Thief

Review: The Book Thief by Markus Zusak

So I'm winging this. I normally write my reviews in a Google Docs before I post, but today I'm just writing directly into a blog post. So hopefully it works and my mind does not go blank. I can't really see the keyboard, so excuse my spelling errors.

Today, I'll be reviewing The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. I watched the movie before I read the book, and I thought the movie was really good. It turns out it was exactly like the book.

This book was really good. I love how it was told from Death's perspective. I thought that was a really interesting twist. I also like how this book wasn't written in regualr format. The were some things that were bold and centered, and it was a nice change. It really helped keep things fresh, and I felt as if I could focus longer. I feel as if people who have trouble focusing could read this book easier than most. I don't know what I'm trying to say here.

The plot of the story was really good. I loved how the story line progressed and how Death would give you sneak peaks.

I really loved the charaters, and I hate what happens to some of them. Rudy was one of my favorite characters, so I cried when I rea what happened to him. Max was another of my favorite charcters. Though at the end, I wondered if Liesel married him. I really don't know. Tell me what you think in the comments below.

This is a sucky review. I wish I had more time, but I don't. I just wanted to post something for all my readers:)

This was a good book though. I suggest you go read it and watch the movie!!!
