Now her relationship with Blake -- the fire Elemental -- is finally heating up. But she must remain focused, because Typhon, one of the deadliest creatures in history, has escaped from the weakening prison world. Only one object can destroy him -- the head of Medusa herself.
Follow the Elementals as they journey to the end of the Earth, facing choices that will put their lives and the entire world at risk. Will they all survive the mission? Find out in the riveting third book in the Elementals series, The Head of Medusa.

I received a free copy of this book via the author in exchange for an honest review. This will not affect my review in any way.

(This review was originally written on an Amazon review under a different name! Also, I've written this review about three times before I was happy with the final product.)

It's really at the point where I should just wait until after I've read the series to write my review. I will be sticking with this series because one) it's amazing and two) I love pretty much everything about it.

Check out my thoughts on the cover reveal! I may have waited a bit too long to write my review so bare with me.

The Head of Medusa was a gripping book that keeps you on the edge of your seat from the first page until the last page. I am loving this series! It's fantastic! This series is not something that will bore you while you read it. YOU WILL LOVE THIS BOOK!

Honestly, Madow always writes a group of characters really well. You get to love each and every one of them and it wouldn't be a Madow series without the big ol' group. Personally, I love the Elementals group because they each have such different personalities. You really get to know them and care for them in Madow's writings.

The Head of Medusa is my favorite in the Elementals series so far because of the suspense. When they are in Antarctica, I had my nails in my mouth because I wasn't sure if they were going to make it out. I mean, it couldn't really be a series if they got stuck down there but still, I wasn't sure what to expect.

The fight scenes are awesome! Madow needs to give up the contemporary and just turn to fantasy writing because she is awesome at it!

The last item I wanted to mention in my review was the ending. !!! I had a love/hate relationship with the ending. It was amazeballs (as always) but I NEED TO KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT! As I said in my title, THE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME! I need book four!

The Elementals series is perfect for those who are looking for a perfect mix of the Mortal Instruments series and the Percy Jackson series. It's the best of both worlds!
