This weeks question:
WRITE A LETTER TO YOUR FAVORITE AUTHOR.
Fun fact: I've actually done this. She never wrote me back (or sent me the swag she promised but oh well.)
Dear Jennifer L. Armentrout,
Hello, my name is Kayl, and I am obviously you're number one fan. I fell in love with your writing style when I read Obsidian for the first time. The characters were to die for! I connected so much with Katy, and her blog actually inspired me to make my own. (Which is why I kinda stole her name.) Daemon is an incredibly sexy yet infuriating young man, and I just love him. I love the struggle he faces, and I love his sarcasm. He is one of, if not my top, favorite characters.
I loved the LUX series, and am deeply saddened that it's over. I don't know what to do now that I don't have new Katy and Daemon to look forward to. Whenever I'm feeling down, or even bored, I like to go back and read Obsidian since it is my favorite book. It still makes me smile and laugh.
I also really enjoyed White Hot Kiss. I'm saving up to buy the next book because Roth is amazing. I actually enjoy a great deal of your books, though I have not read them all. I keep bugging my library about buying them all.
Anyways, thanks for being an amazing author and just a great person in detail. I love your hot male characters and fantastic heroines. Keep on writing and I'll keep on reading!
Your number one fan,
Kayl from Kayl's Krazy Obsession

New follower on GFC (but old follower everywhere else - not sure how that happened!), happy F&F Friday!
You need to read everything from JLA! All of her works are amazing and I highly recommend them.
DeleteHaha thanks for the new follow and all of the old ones!
Thanks for stopping by!

Great letter. It sucks that she never wrote back. Authors probably get a lot of letters.

Sadly, when your favorite author is a NYT Bestseller, they get a LOT of letters and a LOT of fan interaction. But 'sall good!
