#Review: White Hot Kiss

Review: White Hot Kiss by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Title: White Hot Kiss
Author: Jennifer L. Armentrout
Publisher: Harlequin Teen
Publish Date: February 25, 2014

Cover: The cover actually makes it seem like a steamy novel. I really thought it was going to be a romance novel but was excited when I learned that it was about demons and other-worldly characters.

Characters: Armentrout just knows how to write lovable characters that you connect with. She has a gift. First off, Roth is just awesome sauce with an extra side of sauce (if you catch my drift ;)). I never really pictured him as the demon. He was so nice to Layla and so amazeballs. He was supposed to be bad, but he was kind of like his pet kittens,

Zayne. There really wasn't a lot of Zayne, and I was perfectly fine with that. I liked him, yeah, but I didn't like Layla and him. He was just sort of there, and I found myself ignoring his character. I really hope that Layla does not get together with Zayne.

Layla is pretty cool. I understand her. She wasn't my favorite, but she was a pretty cool person. She's kind of a crappy friend though.

Plot: Really my thoughts on this doesn't matter. I love all of Jennifer L. Armentrout's work. She could write complete crap and I would probably still praise it lol. I just love her writing style and how she adds romance to badass books. That could be her slogan.

Ending: This ending was to die for. Hehe you'll understand if you read it. It was so anticlimactic. I only put that there since it was mentioned multiple times throughout the novel. I found it funny. Seriously, the ending was fantabulous and I really hope that one person lives.

Overall: Obviously, I loved this book. I'm addicted to, yet again, a series written by Armentrout. Everyone and their sister need to read this book. It's humorous and you will not want to put White Hot Kiss down. Trust me. I devoured it yesterday. I started reading it at 2pm and finished it a little after 10pm. You'll get through it in one sitting.
